Since 2015, Christal has been our esteemed property manager. She seamlessly navigates the responsibilities of working with new property owners, effectively markets rental properties, and meticulously handles the contract and move-in processes for new tenants. Areli Estaban

Bilingual Resceptionist and Assistant

Areli graduated in 2021 and joined Gateway in December 2023. Before , she was actively involved with the local Latino community through our town's YMCA, where she proved to be a valuable resource, assisting our Latino residents in various ways. She takes pleasure in immersing herself in nature, going for walks, and reading. Her contribution has been instrumental in our growth over the past year.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
